Job summary

ALPLA Bowling Green 2 Plant is seeking a Material Handler to ensure material availability and accurate inventory for production. You will be responsible for storing delivered materials in the correct locations, labeling, and maintaining precise records to support smooth operations.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma, manufacturing experience, and ideally prior Material Handler work. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, forklift operation, and adherence to ALPLA safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience as Material Handler preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure material availability and accurate inventory.
• Store delivered materials in the correct location with proper labeling.
• Maintain accurate inventory records as requested.
• Minimize regrind waste and properly record any waste.
• Return regrind to machines as soon as possible.
• Follow correct procedures during color changes.
• Return unused materials to the correct area.
• Maintain cleanliness of regrind room, label room, and mezzanine.
• Assist Maintenance and Mold Change Team.
