Job summary

BioMérieux is seeking a Material Handler in Morrisville, NC to support receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. You will work with direct materials for Manufacturing and Packaging Lines, process STOs, and ensure GMP-compliant operations with RF scanners and WMS.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma and be able to operate PIT equipment. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, cycle counting, safety, and maintaining a clean work area in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; no degree required.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT, IATA, ISO, FDA is desirable.
• Ability to work in a GMP-compliant environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and deliver orders for direct materials used in manufacturing.
• Process Stock Transfer Orders to Distribution Center.
• Move material to storage bins or staging areas using approved equipment.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and GMP compliance in shipping and receiving.
• Receive goods, verify against shipment records, and inspect condition.
• Operate motorized and non-motorized handling equipment safely.
• Enter data, perform cycle counting, and maintain forklift battery charge.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area; assess safety risks.
