Job summary

bioMérieux in North Carolina is seeking a Material Handler to receive supplier shipments, pick and pack orders, and ship materials for manufacturing and packaging lines. You will inspect goods and move materials with forklifts, staging stock while adhering to GMP and HSE policies.

Attention to detail, accurate data entry, and safe operation of heavy equipment are essential. No prior experience required; warehouse/Forklift experience and WMS/RF familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• Warehouse and forklift experience preferred.
• Knowledge of WMS and RF scanners preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT, IATA, ISO, FDA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and deliver orders for materials used in Manufacturing and Packaging Lines.
• Process Stock Transfer Orders to Distribution Center.
• Move material to storage bins or staging areas following SOPs.
• Ensure shipping/receiving compliance with GMPs and safety policies.
• Receive goods, verify against records, inspect condition.
• Operate PIT safely and maintain equipment.
• Maintain proper warehouse space and data entry for cycle counts.
