Job summary

Hendrickson is hiring for a warehouse associate to support shipping, receiving, and storage operations. You will prepare and load products, verify incoming materials, and move items using forklift equipment.

You’ll also assist with packing, cycle counts, and basic maintenance while following safety procedures and contributing to a team-focused environment. The role requires the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, work outdoors year-round, and complete required driver assessments or OSHA-certified

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations is desired.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and complete a driving assessment.
• Experience with sitdown and stand-up forklifts is preferred.
• Understanding of inventory and warehousing concepts for effectiveness.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and handle various materials.
• Willingness to work outdoors year round.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Commitment to attendance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and loads product as part of pre-shipping and shipping processes.
• Receives incoming materials, verifies and records them.
• Moves and stores materials using warehouse locating systems.
• Packs products for shipment and handles dunnage as needed.
• Operates sitdown and standup forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Performs cycle counts and other audits as required.
• Disposes of scrap packaging with available equipment.
• Maintains safe work habits and adheres to procedures.
