Job summary

Inteplast Group is seeking a Material Control Coordinator C to efficiently receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials on a 12-hour rotating schedule (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.), with every-other-weekend shifts in Phoenix, AZ.

The role requires at least 1 year in material handling or manufacturing and forklift operation, with scissor lift experience preferred. Applicants should be comfortable at heights, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and follow all safety procedures while using scanners and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience required.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Scissor lift experience is preferred.
• Comfortable working at heights and with elevated equipment.
• Able to lift/move materials in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain dependable attendance and willingness to overtime.

Responsibilities

• Complies with and enforces all safety regulations and programs.
• Pass required training to safely operate forklift and load hogs.
• Adhere to plant policies and procedures.
• Accurately count and record materials: finished goods, raw materials, scrap.
• Enter data via handheld scanners accurately.
• Process work orders and document units handled; transmit data for invoicing.
• Stage finished product in proper warehouse locations.
• Move freight, stock, and materials to/from storage, docks, and vehicles using appropriate equipment.
• Operate Warehouse Location Management System and scanners for maintenance move operations.
