Job summary

Dayton Superior in Smyrna, TN is hiring for an on-site material handler/forklift operator. You will move finished and unfinished materials through the production process, load/unload pallets, and ensure raw materials are available for operators.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; training may be required.
• 2-5 years experience in warehouse or material handling.
• Must be trained and qualified Forklift Operator.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders to move pallets and containers from machines.
• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Move materials from storage or work sites to designated areas to ensure materials for operators.
• Stack and assemble materials into bundles; band bundles.
• Perform shipper/receiver duties as assigned.
