Job summary

Avantor is seeking a dedicated Material Handler for its Devens, MA facility to optimize the Fluid Handling team. You will expedite movement of parts between production areas and coordinate schedules for pulling and delivering materials.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Inbound: unload shipments, verify against manifest, report shortages or damages, sign for inbound as needed.
• Order picking: ensure correct product, quantity and lot/serial numbers, label and prep for shipping.
• Outbound: verify quantities and labels, sign for outbound, move products to trailers or containers.
• Equipment: maintain and operate equipment safely per standards and OSHA rules.
• Inventory: keep records, aid in physical counts, rotate stock and log adjustments.
