Carrier in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Material Handler to support production by unloading trailers, staging kits and replenishing point-of-use materials. The role requires forklift experience and attention to safety in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in a high volume, high complexity manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year of forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers, stage kits & parts in designated locations.
• Replenish point of use with the appropriate kits at the right time and place.
• Act as first response to line for parts not delivered to point of use and determine best ordering method.
• Perform daily walks on the production line to ensure materials are replenished and available.
• Ensure material is set up on the line for the next shift and ready for use.
• Support multiple priorities and overtime as needed to support production.
