Job summary

EXALTA in the United States is seeking a Material Handler to support manufacturing operations by receiving, moving, storing, issuing, and controlling raw materials and components. The role ensures ERP transactions align with physical movement and materials are available for production.

Responsibilities include accurate receiving, putaway, issue to work orders, cycle counting, inventory transactions, and maintaining traceability in ISO/FDA environments. Forklift certified preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain on onboarding.
• Experience in a manufacturing or ISO/FDA-regulated environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound materials, verify quantities and lot/serial details.
• Perform ERP receive, issue, transfer, and cycle-count transactions.
• Put away materials to correct locations and maintain traceability.
• Support material movement between receiving, warehouse, and production areas.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies affecting production or inventory accuracy.
