Job summary

Trystar Inc in Faribault, MN, is seeking a Material Handler to join our Materials Department. You will help ensure the right inventory is in the right place at the right time, supporting production schedules and ERP workflows. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and solid reading/comprehension. Training on Epicor and forklifts will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines and visually inspect parts.
• Accuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments is a must.
• Strong communications skills.
• Ability to multitask and set priorities.
• Outstanding attention to detail, organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to read, write and comprehend plant directives written in English.
• Frequent lifting, standing, bending & reaching required.
• Able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Must adhere to PPE requirements (eye, hand, feet, hearing).

Responsibilities

• Conduct material transactions according to production schedule and ERP signals.
• Read, comprehend, and execute SOPs to operate equipment and manufacture product.
• Learn to pull, issue, transfer parts within ERP.
• Learn to use/get certified on various forklifts.
• Read and understand Job travelers & sales orders.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Clean, restock, and organize the warehouse area.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
