Tyson Foods is hiring a Food Production - Sanitation Operator for the 2nd shift in Enid, OK. The role focuses on operating and disassembling cleaning equipment, sanitizing work areas, and preparing machinery for start-up and inspection.

The position requires strict adherence to GMP and USDA regulations and physical stamina to sustain extended shifts. Starting pay is $19.90 per hour with a $0.85 shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures to meet USDA and quality control requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain equipment uptime and safety.
• Perform Lock Out Tag Out procedures and maintain a clean, orderly work area.

Job Details:JOB DESCRIPTIONPOSITION SUMMARY: Food Production - Sanitation Operator PR05 – Full Time – Enid, OK 73701Position starts at $19.90/HR with a .85 shift differential.Position is responsible for operating and disassembling equipment such as blenders, cookers, fryers, mixers, and packing machines and any other equipment as assigned for cleaning, sanitizing work areas and setting up equipment for inspection at start-up, while also adhering to food safety practices and company policies.
