Responsibilities
  • Pick, stage, and transfer materials to/from production following internal processes and procedures for inventory control.
  • Drive a transport vehicle (26,000 pounds) between company locations as needed.
  • Operate warehouse machinery including forklifts, pallet jacks, and box trucks.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and adherence to safety and quality policies.
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized records of materials and inventory.
  • Perform deliveries within a 150-mile radius, following safety and route planning procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including warehouse and vehicle cleanliness.
  • Follow GMP, Food Safety, and workplace safety policies, including PPE requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 18+ years old.
  • 2+ years’ forklift/materials handling experience in a manufacturing environment; food & beverage experience preferred.
  • 2+ years’ driving experience with a 26,000-pound truck.
  • Valid MA Class D license with a clean driving record.
  • Lawful permanent resident of the U.S. with a valid Social Security number.
Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to meet FMCSR medical standards and pass drug screens.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety policies.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Ability to operate warehouse machinery and use data entry systems.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions.
  • Reliable, punctual, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
  • Work in a food manufacturing environment adhering to GMP and safety policies.
  • Operate a vehicle up to 26,000 pounds and warehouse equipment.
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and operating machinery.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

Pay rate: $25.00-$25.75 per hour.
