Position Overview

The primary role involves loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage and customer delivery, representing TireHub professionally, maintaining safe driving practices, and providing excellent customer service.

Compensation & Schedule

Starting wage: $22.00/hr, with increases after 90 days, 180 days, and 1 year.

Schedule: Monday through Saturday, fluctuating day shift hours.

This position reports to an Assistant TLC Leader.

Responsibilities
  • Distribute tasks including warehousing, delivery, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Load, unload, inspect, and tally tires.
  • Follow safety standards and operate equipment safely.
  • Conduct inventory counts and labeling.
  • Handle cash transactions for COD payments.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report issues.
  • Complete maintenance logs and comply with policies.
  • Participate in training and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of general work experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years driving history.
  • Must be 19 years or older.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Capable of bending, twisting, and lifting frequently.
  • Work in fast-paced environments, up to 35 ft. above ground, and operate forklifts.
  • Follow traffic laws and operate vehicles safely.
  • Familiar with GPS and navigation systems.
  • Maintain forklift certification and valid driver’s license.
Working Conditions

Physical demands include lifting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing, and balancing. May involve handling hazardous materials, wearing protective gear, and working in various environments, including nights and weekends as needed. Physical limitations related to weight and height are considered for safety and accommodations.

Preferred Skills & Certifications
  • Expertise in moving tires with or without mechanical assistance.
  • Experience in warehouse product placement.
Education & Experience

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
