Job summary

RealTruck is the premier manufacturer and digital destination of accessories for truck enthusiasts. The Materials Handler will perform tasks in material handling, receiving materials, stocking, and inventory control, primarily using powered industrial trucks.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, verifying paperwork, maintaining inventory accuracy, labeling, cycle counts, and training teammates. The role requires safe, compliant operations and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials from trailers; verify accuracy against PO and packing slip.
• Receive material deliveries; verify items and quantities to PO; acquire proper paperwork.
• Move materials to and from point of use; ensure product quality is maintained.
• Accurately take away or replace racks and totes.
• Label product with part number, name, and quantity; rotate stock as needed.
• Receive returned product; verify warranty status; update WMS; prepare for disposal or stock return.
• Maintain accurate inventory; conduct cycle counts; transfer product in system; investigate variances.
• Train other employees; maintain a clean and safe workspace; perform other duties as assigned.
• Operate a company vehicle in accordance with procedures and laws.
• Communicate effectively with all departments and supervisors/leads.

The Materials Handler will perform tasks associated with the material handling process at RealTruck, including receiving materials, stocking, and inventory control, primarily using powered industrial trucks.

CORE FUNCTIONS

• Load and unload raw materials from trailers; verifies accuracy against PO and packing slip.
• Receive material deliveries, verifies items and quantities to PO, and acquires proper paperwork.
• Efficiently moves materials to and from point of use, ensuring product quality is maintained.
• Responsible for accurate takeaways or replacements of racks and totes.
• Ensure product is properly labeled with part number, name, and quantity; rotates stock as needed.
• Receive returned product; verifies warranty status; updates WMS; prepares product for disposal or return to stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory; conducts cycle counts; transfers product in system; investigates and resolves variances.
• Train other employees, maintain a clean and safe workspace, other duties as assigned.
• Operate a company vehicle in accordance with established traffic and transportation procedures and laws.
• Communicate effectively with all departments and supervisors/leads.
