Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a 12‑month temp assignment in Buffalo Grove, IL. The role involves receiving, picking, packing, and shipping materials, with precise inventory control and safe handling practices.

You will use handheld scanners, calculators, and pallet jacks to move and verify items, while maintaining a clean, organized workspace in a team‑oriented environment. 6+ months in warehouse operations is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of experience in receiving and general warehouse operations.
• 6+ months of experience in Warehouse Picking.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship materials accurately and efficiently.
• Use handheld scanners and calculators to verify product quantities and inventory.
• Safely move materials throughout the facility using pallet trucks and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting warehouse, production, and quality teams.
• Identify and report basic inventory discrepancies to help ensure order accuracy.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+months of experience in receiving and general warehouse operations.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check
• Picking up boxes up to 55 pounds
• Put boxes on carts and pallets.
