Job summary

Trane Technologies plc is hiring for a material handler to receive and process freight, move finished chillers, and perform yard duties in a fast-paced setting. You’ll follow 5S standards and use systems to document transactions, with some outdoor work.

The role requires PIV certification, forklift and heavy equipment experience, and basic computer skills. On-site with a focus on safety and accuracy in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be PIV certified.
• Completion of basic Forklift Training and Safety Orientation.
• 3–6 months of material handling experience.
• Ability to read and write English for assembly directions, Work Order packets and safety instructions.
• Must have strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking in and processing freight.
• Delivering freight to warehouses or usage/storage areas and making transactions in the system.
• Follow 5S standards for area.
• Movement of finished chillers from production areas to storage areas in the yard and entering data into the systems.
• May need to work in outdoor environment for extended periods of time.
