Job summary

Atlas Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Production Materials Coordinator in Post Falls, ID. The role focuses on organizing finished products, delivering within the facility, and supporting production lines through setup, recovery and replenishment.

The position involves cross-department collaboration, adherence to safety and ISO 9001 standards, and handling material movement, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand assembly prints and drawings.
• Ability to use hand tools and basic shop equipment.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to operate WAVs, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Prior SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material onto/off of trucks.
• Review production orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped.
• Distribute materials to the correct production lines.
• Track delivery of materials, supplies and equipment where needed.
• Manage, maintain and stock keep-fill areas and supermarkets with correct materials.
• Operate pallet jacks, WAVs, forklifts and dock levelers as required.
• Work independently and follow set schedules and instructions.
• Cross-Department Assistance: prepare kits and pallets for final shipment or storage; assist with final packaging; communicate with Line Leads, Supervisors and Managers regarding quality and production schedules.
