Job summary

Smith+Nephew in Columbia, MD is seeking a Logistics Associate to ensure proper storage, staging, and receipt of GxP materials in our ERP system. You will support inventory control, shipping, and accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, familiarity with FedEx/UPS shipping systems, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We value reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to compliance and quality.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience with shipping systems (FedEx/UPS) and ERP.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime.

Responsibilities

Ensure proper storage and distribution of received materials under SOPs/specifications.
Stage incoming raw materials for processing.
Receive GxP raw material into inventory/ERP system.
Relocate staged and quarantined materials as directed.
Perform and assist in performing physical inventories as required.
Maintain inventory accuracy in documents and ERP.
Perform housekeeping as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
