Job summary

Gentex is seeking a dependable Material Handler to move materials in and out of the warehouse safely and efficiently. You will operate material handling equipment, perform receiving/shipping tasks, and use Gentex inventory systems to record transactions and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, housekeeping, and supporting team goals. A High School Diploma or equivalent and basic math/communication skills are required, with 1+ year of manufacturing or material handling

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain certification to operate material handling equipment.
• Basic arithmetic and clear written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Pick and deliver material to manufacturing using the Gentex system.
• Perform receiving and shipping using the Gentex system.
• Handle inventory receipts, issues, put-aways, and shipments in the Gentex system.
• Operate material handling equipment and load/unload trucks.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances.
