Job summary

1+ years of manufacturing or material handling experience.
Ability to obtain certification and operate all material handling equipment including industrial lift trucks.

Responsibilities

Pick and deliver material to manufacturing using the Gentex inventory and warehouse control system.
Perform receiving and shipping functions using the Gentex inventory and warehouse control system.
Perform inventory transactions including receipts, issues, put-aways, and shipments in the Gentex system.
Operate material handling equipment to load/unload trucks and put away/pick material.
Maintain area housekeeping.
Make trips for supplies and pick-ups as assigned.
Assist team members in achieving team goals, including production.
Record cycle counts and reconcile variances; assist in inventories.
Conduct physical inventories as scheduled.
Monitor and improve inventory accuracy and shipping performance.
Other duties as assigned.
