Job summary

Matrix Adhesives Group is seeking a Material Handler/Water Spider to support production by keeping workstations stocked and ensuring smooth material flow. The role requires strong communication, teamwork and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate delivery of components, assist with changeovers, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Prioritizing safety and efficiency, you will contribute to on-time delivery and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of related manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keep workstations stocked with materials to meet production schedules.
• Support Production Operators; coordinate and deliver components.
• Perform changeovers and refills of materials safely and promptly.
• Maintain clean and organized work area; follow 5S practices.
• Assist in Lean activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
