Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Materials Coordinator in San Francisco to optimize inbound/outbound material flows and support global logistics. You will coordinate receiving, packing, carrier arrangements, and RMAs while partnering with Procurement, Production, and Engineering to maintain inventory integrity.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing/logistics experience, strong Excel skills, and ERP/MRP familiarity. This full-time on-site role offers growth within a global staffing network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in materials coordination or logistics.
• Experience with manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes.
• Experience coordinating RMAs.
• ERP/MRP experience (NetSuite/Oracle/SAP).
• Proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving activities and document incoming materials.
• Manage domestic and international shipping with on-time delivery.
• Process RMAs with suppliers and internal teams.
• Coordinate outbound shipment packing and carrier arrangements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records on the production floor.
• Move materials between production, stockroom, and warehouse.
• Monitor open PO status and resolve shortages.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, and Engineering.
