Job summary

Sunlight Batteries USA is seeking a Production Materials Coordinator to ensure timely delivery of materials to the manufacturing floor. You will support inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and continuous improvement initiatives to sustain production continuity and quality.

Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting incoming materials, managing storage with FIFO, preparing production kits, and documenting movements in SAP while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or material handling preferred.
• Experience using SAP or ERP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, schedules, labels, and inventory documents.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and verify quantities, part numbers, and labeling.
• Store materials and maintain location accuracy; follow FIFO.
• Pick materials and prepare production kits according to schedules.
• Deliver materials to production workstations and communicate replenishment needs.
• Record material movements in SAP and perform inventory transactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area following 5S and support continuous improvement.
