Ideal candidates have 3+ years in MP&L, CMMS3 familiarity, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; strong communication and willingness to travel between sites are required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically within Material Planning and Logistics (MP&L).
• Demonstrated ability to access and navigate the Common Materials Management System ver. 3 (CMMS3).
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage relationships with OEM customers and suppliers.
• Ability to travel between sites/buildings as required and perform standard office-based physical tasks.

Aufgaben

• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the single point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding material flow and availability.
• Shipping & Receiving Management: Transform Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) into supplier receipts and generate customer ASNs by creating and finalizing shippers.
• Requirements Fulfillment: Proactively monitor and ensure that all customer material requirements are met on time.
• Logistics Expediting: Lead expediting efforts for shipments as required to prevent supply chain disruptions.
• Data & Record Integrity: Maintain high standards of record accuracy within materials management systems.
• Returns Management: Coordinate and finalize shippers for the return of rejected materials to suppliers.
• Operational Support: Support specific projects requiring leadership skills and perform other materials management tasks as assigned.
