Job summary

Ford Component Sales, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Follow-Up Analyst to lead materials management coordination between FCS, OEM customers, and suppliers. You will ensure seamless material flow, from shipping documentation to inventory accuracy, meeting customer requirements with precision.

Reporting to the Materials Planning & Logistics Supervisor, you will transform ASNs, monitor material obligations, and drive issue resolution across the supply chain, while collaborating across sites and

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Material Planning and Logistics (MP&L).
Ability to access and navigate the CMMS3 system.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred or equivalent experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage OEM customers and suppliers.
Ability to travel between sites/buildings as required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding material flow and availability.
Transform ASNs into supplier receipts and generate customer ASNs.
Monitor and ensure customer material requirements are met on time.
Lead expediting efforts for shipments to prevent supply chain disruptions.
Maintain high standards of record accuracy within materials management systems.
Coordinate and finalize shippers for the return of rejected materials to suppliers.
Support projects requiring leadership skills and other materials management tasks.
