Job summary

AERO Specialties, Inc. in Boise, ID is seeking a Manufacturing Materials Associate to support production by coordinating the flow of materials through the manufacturing process.

You will work with internal teams to receive, store, validate, and deliver parts to meet production schedules, maintain inventory integrity, and prepare items for internal use or external processing. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to anticipate problems and develop a plan of action to prevent delays.
• Ability to communicate with individuals at different levels in the organization.
• Working knowledge of the products sold by AERO Specialties.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate a forklift or complete our internal forklift training.

Responsibilities

• Performing factory transfers to the SSO warehouse to varying manufacturing shops.
• Receiving manufactured parts and raw materials, validating quality and quantities.
• Storing received parts and raw materials in correct locations.
• Conduct daily Manufacturing Department inventory validations.
• Pulling work order parts (kitting) for Manufacturing Departments.
• Performing monthly inventory cycle counts.
• Packaging parts for outsource processing.
• Loading and unloading of trucks.
