Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Performing factory transfers to the SSO warehouse to varying manufacturing shops.
  • Receiving manufactured parts and raw materials, validating quality and quantities.
  • Storing received parts and raw materials in correct locations.
  • Conduct daily Manufacturing Department inventory validations.
  • Pulling work order parts (kitting) for Manufacturing Departments.
  • Performing monthly inventory cycle counts.
  • Packaging parts for outsource processing.
  • Loading and unloading of trucks.

The AERO Specialties Manufacturing Materials Associate is responsible for supporting production by coordinating the flow of materials throughout the manufacturing process. This role works closely with internal departments to ensure materials are received, validated, stored, and delivered efficiently to meet production schedules. The individual in this position ensures timely and accurate movement of goods, maintains inventory integrity, and assists with preparing parts for both internal use and external processing.
