Job summary

Crane Company is seeking a warehouse/materials handler to coordinate the transfer of materials between production areas and external warehouses. You will manage ERP transactions, replenish Kanban bins, and ensure accurate stock records while maintaining safety and 5S standards.

The role requires forklift operation, the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and basic data entry with ERP systems. A high school diploma and 0–1 year of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Computer data entry and use of calculator is required.
• Must pass internal forklift test.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to use crane to lift material above 30lbs.
• Must be detailed oriented and have strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma
• 0-1 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfer of raw materials, parts and finished products between production areas and external warehouses.
• Use work orders and properly perform computer transactions in an ERP software; deliver parts to staging areas.
• Transfer parts in the computer system and replenish Kanban and point-of-use bins.
• Complete 5S requirements daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Receive parts from inspection, put to stock, and maintain accurate files.
• Maintain forklift safety and load/unload delivery vehicles.
