Robinson, Inc. is hiring a Material Handling Coordinator at our Manitowoc facility in Wisconsin. You will coordinate and execute the physical movement of materials to support production and shipping, ensuring materials are received, moved, staged, and transferred on time.

You will work closely with production, readiness, fleet, and inventory teams to maintain smooth material flow. Some forklift experience and ERP familiarity are required; this role is on-site and full-time.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling.
• Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Basic ERP, scanner, or inventory transaction experience.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and perform daily material movement activities across assigned departments, value streams, or facilities.
• Move materials to and from production work centers based on priorities, schedules, and operational demand.
• Stage material for production, shipment, transfer, or storage.
• Support receiving and shipping processes, including unloading, loading, verification, and documentation.
• Ensure material is properly identified, labeled, scanned, and transacted in the system.
• Maintain visibility of material locations, rack/bin status, and job movement across operations.
• Support interdepartmental and interbuilding movement of WIP and completed components.
• Communicate with supervisors, planners, readiness team members, and production teams regarding urgent material needs and movement priorities.
• Assist in resolving basic material location issues, transaction discrepancies, and movement delays.
• Maintain organized material storage areas, staging lanes, and flow paths.
• Follow standard work for material handling, rack/bin usage, equipment use, labeling, and safety requirements.
