Job summary

Brooks Automation US LLC is hiring a Materials Handler in Massachusetts. The role involves coordinating, routing, and handling materials to meet production schedules and ensuring proper material routing.

You will pick up and deliver materials within and outside the company and maintain records on material flow. Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in material handling or coordination in a high-mix environment and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a material handling or coordination role in an NPI or low volume / high mix environment.
• Proficiency in using computer software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and ERP (inventory management systems).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, route, and handle materials to meet production schedules.
• Ensure that materials are properly routed.
• Pick up and deliver materials within and outside the company.
• Maintain records on material flow.
• Monitor the flow of materials and parts between departments.
• Expedite parts to remedy shortage problems.
