Job summary

Brooks Automation is seeking a Materials Handler to coordinate, route, and move materials to support production schedules. You will pick up and deliver materials and maintain records of material flow.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in material handling in a low volume/high mix environment, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems. This role offers benefits and a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a material handling or coordination role in an NPI or low volume / high mix environment.
• Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office and ERP (inventory management systems).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, route, and handle materials to meet production schedules.
• Ensure that materials are properly routed.
• Pick up and deliver materials within and outside the company.
• Maintain records on material flow.
• Monitor the flow of materials and parts between departments.
• Expedite parts to remedy shortage problems.
