Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Materials Expeditor to ensure production teams receive needed materials and to coordinate returns of packaging materials after production runs. Responsibilities include FIFO material pulls, inventory organization, and frequent cross-functional communication.

The role requires NetSuite experience or similar software, a HS diploma, strong data entry skills, and the ability to multitask and work independently.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience using NetSuite software, or similar software in a manufacturing/warehousing/production environment a plus.
• Strong data entry and general computer use skills.
• Strong ability to multitask and to work independently.
• Proven track record in strong attendance and reliability.
• Should be self-directed and responsible.
• Ability to communicate well with all levels with the operation.
• Pallet jack and forklift experience.
• Ability to use the RF scanning system efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Use FIFO when pulling materials by 'lot' number for traceability.
• Maintain organization of raw materials and finished goods in the materials storage area.
• Communicate with manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain management teams regularly regarding non-conforming product and other urgent matters.
• Execute inventory transactions in NetSuite system as needed.
• Operate a forklift in a safe and proficient manner.
• Perform all duties and actions in a safe manner and continuously monitor areas to ensure that safety procedures are being followed.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, safety and GMP requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
