Mack Molding Co. is seeking a Production/Quality Support role in Idaho to oversee manufacturing reporting, inventory transactions, and quality verification.

You will work with measuring devices, perform repairs, and ensure ISO-compliant labeling and storage of parts. The position requires strong communication, math and computer skills, and the ability to train teammates while maintaining safety and adherence to procedures.

Qualifikationen

• One-year certificate from college or technical school.
• Knowledge of ISO Quality Standard and Procedures.
• Reading/mathematical skills to use and understand prints, procedures and instructions, measuring equipment.
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel).
• Prior finishing, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory, safety programs, forklift operations, and team facilitation preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills required; able to train and motivate others.
• Basic technical and mechanical aptitude and experience needed.

Aufgaben

• Produce production reports for manufacturing.
• Process purchased part requisitions and enter inventory transactions.
• Utilize measuring devices and apply basic mathematical equations.
• Perform minor product repair.
• Ensure parts comply with customer specs, ISO requirements, and quality requirements.
• Maintain product quality and identification information prior to shipment.
• Label, identify inspection status, and store accepted product per ISO procedures.
• Retrieve and disposition rejected parts.
• Perform cycle counting and participate in quarterly inventory.
• Track purchased parts and assist in running summarized bills.
• Process customer returns and hold tags.
• Act as back-up manufacturing scheduler as needed.
• Maintain open lines of communication regarding quality issues and logs/reports; follow up on issues.
• Perform quality tests and product verification procedures.
• Recommend modifications to work instructions and assist with training.
• Initiate ISO quality documentation approvals; forward and follow up as appropriate.
• Maintain attendance and adaptability; learn new skills.
• Work with others safely and professionally.
• Meet physical/mental demands with/without accommodation.
• Comply with all company policies; train others as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
