Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Drive material prototyping & development in partnership with the product development team.
• Lead advanced materials development with focus on sustainability initiatives and durability.
• Drive root cause analysis for production issues related to materials across sites and vendors.
• Provide materials modeling inputs for digital validation.
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineering and Purchasing for supplier development.
