Job description

• Work with sales/marketing to understand customer needs, propose competitive modified PP material solutions and support early project evaluations.
• Design, develop and optimize modified plastic formulations for automotive/appliance applications, balancing performance, processability, cost and compliance.
• Conduct material testing, performance evaluation and failure analysis to validate solutions per customer standards.
• Provide technical support for mold trials, troubleshooting and continuous improvement to ensure smooth commercialization and stable mass production.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, supply chain) and external partners to ensure effective communication and on-time delivery.
