Job summary

Qualifications
- Requires a BS in Engineering or equivalent experience with corrosion, materials, and repair techniques.
- Ability to work around operating facilities with some climbing and access.
- Preferred: BS in Materials Engineering and API certifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultation on materials selection and corrosion monitoring, and assess remaining life and repair strategies.
- Plan and execute work plans for plant turnarounds and capital projects.
- Support damage mechanism reviews as part of PHA processes.
- Develop, implement, and sustain integrity operating windows for equipment.
- Mentor inspectors and engineers in materials technologies and corrosion control.
- Review weld procedures and hydrogen bake-out processes for refinery equipment.
- Analyze data and predict corrosion rates and equipment reliability.
