Provide materials engineering support to refinery or upstream facilities, including material selection, specification reviews, failure analyses, corrosion studies, and metallurgy studies under the direction of a senior materials engineer. Prepare and deliver a written and oral summary of internship contributions and impact.
Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Metallurgical, Materials, or Corrosion Engineering. Strong academic performance, communication, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and the ability to demonstrate The Chevron Way are required.
