Job summary

Audubon is seeking a Materials Coordinator to join the Houston, TX office to support AIMS materials management tools on EPC and construction projects. You will coordinate material tracking, receiving, storage, field updates, and reporting to provide reliable information for procurement, construction, and scheduling.

The role requires strong organization and communication skills, experience with materials management systems, and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in project material tracking and coordination.
• Experience with ERP or AIMS systems preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and consistent use of AIMS materials management workflows on EPC and construction projects.
• Maintain project material records in AIMS, including status, quantities, PO references, dates, receiving information, storage location, and docs.
• Coordinate with procurement, field teams, project controls, vendors, and others to obtain updates and resolve material information.
