Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• 1+ years inventory control experience preferred.
• Previous experience operating a forklift or pallet jack a plus.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 software a plus
• Using desktop copiers/scanners for document retention
• Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Pull orders from inventory, deliver production materials and stage finished product.
• Maintain accuracy of records and computer database activities.
• Contribute to orderly stock and materials storage area.
• Identify and label inventory, record locations, and report shortages.
• Locate materials by pulling and verifying items on pick lists.
• Maintain in-process inventory by delivering shortages to work centers.
• Document materials delivered and locations.
• Receive returns to stock by verifying part numbers and quantities.
• Maintain material-handling equipment with pre-use inspections and repairs.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move materials.
• Keep loading areas, inventory, and machinery clean.
• Learn and adhere to workplace safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Exentec team in Tualatin, OR is seeking a proactive Materials Coordinator to manage inventory, maintain floor stock, and keep materials moving—supporting receiving, production delivery, and outbound shipments to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Ensures orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product final distribution.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in record keeping and computer database activities.
• Contributes to the orderly operation of stock and/or materials storage area.
• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.
• Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on pick list.
• Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering shortages and fulfilling floor stock.
• Documents materials and records units delivered and location of units.
• Receives return to stock material from production by verifying material part numbers and quantities.
• Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections and making operator repairs.
• Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move materials onto and off trucks, ships, and loading docks.
• Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.
• Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
