Job summary

Exyte is seeking a Logistics Operator to support on-site logistics and warehouse operations. You will handle, store, and move materials safely and efficiently, following site policies and procedures to uphold quality and safety standards.

You will perform material picking, inspection, transportation, and storage with precise verification, and support drivers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a maintenance or technical role preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain forklift license.
• Strong understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute logistics and warehouse tasks per training and site procedures.
• Perform material picking, inspection, transport, and storage with verification.
• Manage collection of empty containers for third-party collection.
• Assist third-party drivers on-site to ensure policy compliance.
• Quarantine and remove materials failing incoming inspection.
• Other duties as assigned.

As a Logistics Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting the logistics and warehouse operations at a client’s site. You will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and accurate handling, storage, and movement of materials in compliance with site policies and procedures. This role requires a proactive approach to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Execute all logistics and warehouse tasks in accordance with training, procedures, and site expectations.
• Perform material picking, inspection, transportation, and storage, including verification of specialty materials against Certificates of Analysis/Conformance.
• Manage the collection and preparation of empty containers for third-party collection.
• Support third-party drivers on-site to ensure compliance with site policies.
• Quarantine and escape any materials that fail incoming inspection.
• Other duties as assigned.
