Job summary

Integer seeks an Inventory Associate to maintain inventory levels and coordinate delivery, restock, and verification of internal material requirements to ensure timely receipt and efficient delivery of products to customers.

This role involves clerical and physical tasks for shipment and receipt, potential minor assembly/inspection, and requires strong organizational and communication skills to support production and quality processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control and material handling processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels for direct materials, tooling and supplies.
• Coordinate delivery, restock and verification of internal material requirements.

• Route incoming material to proper departments and verify orders for accuracy.
• Maintain computerized records of material inventory and cycle counts as needed.

Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the inventory levels within respective area. Coordinates thedelivery, restock and inventory verifications of internal material requirements to ensure timely receipt of requiredmaterial and efficient delivery of finished product to customers. Performs clerical and physical tasks for shipmentand/or receipt of goods. May also perform assembly and/or inspection operations.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but notlimited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems,U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and otherregulatory requirements.
• Performs various duties necessary to ensure that accurate and proper inventory levels are maintained for material, tooling and general supplies.
• Organizes and maintains stock of direct materials and/or other components. Maintains chemical storage facility.
• Prepares shipments and completes paperwork for outbound freight.
• Routes incoming material to proper departments.
• Reviews, documents, and checks incoming and/or outgoing shipment orders for accuracy.
• Compiles and maintains computerized records such as material inventory.
• Assists Operations planning by monitoring and verifying inventory levels and lost sequences and/or heatnumbers.
• Packages finished good materials and generates shipping orders to ensure delivery to customers. Maypackage assemblies for shipment.
• Participates in purchasing activities, ensuring material is received within the required timeframe to meetschedules; may include ordering products directly or indirectly from vendors.
• Coordinates the gathering of components of inventory and documentation necessary to release the job to production, which can include tooling, fixturing, gaging, etc. and the various corresponding documentation necessary. Also ensures the prompt return of excess material, components and tooling.
• May perform cycle counts on inventory classes and year end tasks associated with financial audits as wellreview of work area according to department audit sheet.
• May be required to perform minor assembly functions, such as assembling component parts, performingminor set-up on machines, and visually and/or dimensionally inspecting parts and/or completed assemblies, etc. May also be required to complete corresponding documentation.
• Timely and regular attendance.
• Performs other functions as required.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum Experience: 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, regulated industryexperience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong organizational skills. Strong computer skills.
• Ability to communicate and work with those inside and outside the department, handle multiple assignments and prioritize accordingly.
• Ability to follow appropriate department policies, procedures and practices

Specialized Knowledge

• Familiar with production procedures.
• Has thorough knowledge of procedures, work methods, and set-ups within the department.
• Knowledge of JDE system desired.
