Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) seeks a Warehouse Materials Coordinator in Cushing, OK for a 12-month contract. You will coordinate receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping, ensuring accurate records and compliant documentation for construction projects and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities include material staging, surplus management, and liaison with logistics providers and internal teams, while upholding OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction, quality or supply chain within pipeline or oil & gas.
• Experience with procurement systems and material inspections.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle/Maximo experience is a plus.

Responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, inventory, shipping, and documentation to support construction projects and maintenance activities.
