Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Proposal & Materials Transfer Analyst in Warren, MA to manage contracts and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and partners. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and technical specifications in government contracting environments.

Responsibilities include reviewing documents, overseeing requirement flow-downs, and guiding internal teams on transfer issues, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related technical experience in government contracting.
• Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations.
• Familiarity with Navy contract requirements and technical specifications.
• Experience with ERP/order processing of engineered products.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain contracts and prepare detailed instructions for requirement flow downs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure contract reviews are completed on time.
• Review and edit contract-related technical and procurement documents for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Review material specifications and certifications for contractual compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contracts meet requirements.
• Provide guidance to Operations Management and Account Managers on transfer issues.
• Identify problems and recommend process improvements.
• Support review of SUBSAFE, Q3, X3, and Level 1 orders.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and teams.
