Job summary

Auria is a leading global supplier of engineered systems for automotive flooring, acoustical, thermal, and other fiber-based solutions. The role is to join the Fremont, OH plant as Materials Manager, driving CI, inventory accuracy, and process improvements across operations and logistics.

Ideal candidates bring Tier 1 automotive experience, strong cost-saving, and project management skills to support continuous improvement initiatives and safe, efficient material handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of senior-level plant leadership in Operations, Manufacturing Engineering or Materials/Logistics.
• Tier 1 automotive experience preferred.
• Proven success in driving cost savings and scrap reduction.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of plant material handling equipment.
• Develop CI actions to ensure compliance.
• Lead CI initiatives to meet profit plans and drive action items.
• Drive change to improve organizational effectiveness and culture.
• Manage CI actions to achieve high inventory accuracy.
• Optimize workflow, processes and reduce scrap.
• Establish metrics for financial savings and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for improvements.
