Yoh is seeking a Materials Characterization Engineer to support a team of engineers in electrochemical corrosion testing of advanced materials and coatings. The role involves hands-on execution of tests and keeping lab equipment calibrated and maintained in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has a background in materials science or chemistry, familiarity with potentiostats and three-electrode cells, and strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
This position supports a group of Materials and Process Engineers in the electrochemical testing of next generation materials and products, with a focus on metal alloys and their coatings. Candidate responsibilities include hands‑on execution of electrochemical corrosion tests and keeping the electrochemical lab equipment calibrated and maintained. The successful candidate must possess the ability to manage multiple work requests simultaneously with competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Estimated Min Rate: $60.00
Estimated Max Rate: $75.00
