Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking a Material Coordinator based in Springfield, TN. The role focuses on unloading, verifying, and receiving materials, stocking them in the correct locations, and generating material picks for assembly line changeovers.

You will communicate shortages, place orders for common parts, and ensure timely delivery of materials to assembly lines while coordinating with multiple departments. Must be able to operate material-handling equipment and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license and be able to read/speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Attendance points level of +2 or higher (internal candidates).
• Must not have any final written counseling records.
• Steel toe shoes required.
• Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, verbally and in writing.
• Must be a team player and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to stand 6+ hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Unload, verify and receive incoming materials.
• Stock materials to warehouse locations; generate picks and pull materials for changeovers.
• Determine changeover material shortages and place orders for common parts.
• Deliver materials to assembly lines to prevent downtime.
• Return excess material to D-stock, warehouse, and press department.
• Set up lines for next shift production and coordinate delivery trailers for wool products.
• Operate equipment (stand up forklift, cherry picker, gas/propane forklift, swing reach, pallet jack).
