Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver\'s license; able to read and speak English.
• Attendance points level of +2 or higher (internal candidates).
• No final written counseling records.
• Steel toe shoes required.
• Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to communicate clearly in English, verbally and in writing.
• Team player who meets deadlines and can stand for 6+ hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Unload, verify, and receive incoming materials.
• Stock materials to correct warehouse locations and generate material picks.
• Pull materials for assembly line changeovers and verify changeovers.
• Identify shortages and place orders for common parts.
• Deliver changeovers, parts, and bulk material to assembly lines to prevent downtime.
• Return excess materials to D-stock, warehouse, or press department.
• Set up lines for next shift production; coordinate delivery trailers for wool products.

You will be based in Springfield TN. The hours are 5am start and end at 5:30 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Your main tasks:

• Duties and responsibilities of a material coordinator include but are not limited to the following; unloading, verifying and receiving incoming materials.
• To stock material to appropriate warehouse location. Generate material picks. Pull material (picks) for assembly line changeovers. Verify assembly line changeovers.
• Determine changeover material shortages and communicate to appropriate personnel. Place orders for common parts.
• Deliver changeovers, common parts and bulk material to appropriate assembly line in a timely manner to prevent downtime.
• Properly return excess material/carriers from assembly line to D-stock, warehouse and press department.
• Process returned material. Set up assembly lines for "next shift" production. Order production wool, communicate and coordinate delivery trailers for wool product.
• Deliver wool products to assembly lines in a timely manner to prevent production downtime. Equipment includes stand up motor, cherry picker, gas and propane fork truck, swing reach, electric and standard pallet jack.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have a valid state driver's license. Must be able to speak and read English
• Must have an attendance points level of +2 or higher. (internal candidates)
• Must not have any final written counseling's.
• Must have Steel toe shoes.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be a team player and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to stand for 6 or more hours per day
