Job summary

MEPPI's Switchgear Division (SWGD) seeks a seasoned Material Center Manager to lead all Material Center operations, aligning production, inventory, and customer commitments.

You will oversee inventory control, warehousing, subassembly, material transactions, and workforce development while driving safety, quality, and lean improvements.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in manufacturing with 5+ in management and a Bachelor's in Business or Engineering; Lean/CI experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience allowed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Material Center Operations to meet production schedules, commitments, and objectives with efficient material flow.
• Evaluate performance against delivery, inventory accuracy, throughput, and quality goals; resolve issues.
• Oversee subassembly activities, material transactions, and delivery of components for production requirements.
