Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Preferred 4 years’ experience in planning or purchasing in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with inventory planning and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan materials to support production schedules and avoid delays.
• Enter and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of components.
• Maintain inventory and consignment inventories to meet production needs.
• Expedite and reschedule orders to align with production planning.
• Collaborate with production, sales and project managers to understand demand.
• Analyze variances and communicate supply chain risks to stakeholders.
• Coordinate imports, freight, insurance and duties for materials.
