Cinntra is seeking a Planner/Buyer to ensure materials are available on time and at optimal cost. The role combines planning and procurement, coordinating with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to support manufacturing and new product introductions.

The position focuses on maintaining inventory health, managing orders, and driving continuous improvements in planning processes, with an onsite location in Fremont, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in materials or production planning in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI familiarity a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Run and manage MRP/MPS processes to convert demand into planned receipts.
• Create, release, and maintain purchase and planned orders; expedite with suppliers.
• Maintain inventory levels to meet service targets while minimizing cost.
• Participate in S&OP/demand-review meetings and analyze forecast impacts.
• Support NPI by planning material releases and securing long-lead items.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Liaise with Quality and Engineering on BOM changes and nonconforming materials.
• Monitor supplier performance and proactively address risks.
• Prepare planning reports and metrics for management.
